Instruction and Information Literacy

新澳门六合彩开奖记录 librarians help you learn how to effectively find, retrieve and evaluate information. We do that through many resources, including the online Basic Information Literacy Tutorial, known as BILT; classroom instruction in coordination with 新澳门六合彩开奖记录 instructors; and by offering students specialized Library and Information Services courses.

BILT is a set of eight web-based modules designed to be self paced. These modules will help familiarize you with the research process and introduce you to some of the online resources available at 新澳门六合彩开奖记录.

Library Instruction

As a part of their core requirements, all 新澳门六合彩开奖记录 students must complete ENC 1101 and SPC 2608 which include research papers, essays, or presentations. Librarians show students how to recognize relevance, validity, and currency of information, including how to cite sources and synthesize their research into an essay, paper, or presentation.
